  10. Add breadcrumbs to a bowl.
  11. Make a crater in the center of potato ball.
  12. Add meat filling to the center.
  13. Close the ball back together.
  14. Roll the ball in the flour.

  16. And final coating of breadcrumbs.
  17. Put into refrigerator to cool at least 2 hours
  18. Heat oil and deep fry about 3-4 minutes.
  19. If shallow frying roll the ball around in hot oil till every side is crispy about 1 minute per roll
  20. Move to a paper towel to absorb excessive oils.
